Can I just squeak in with this review?

I’m not overly fond of these episodes and I’ve been trying to figure out why. Partly because I don’t find the Slitheen all that interesting but I think a large part of it is that my suspension of disbelief is broken.

All right, so I've been avoiding going on about the Doctor/Rose relationship in my rewatch discussions up until now. But really, their relationship is the point of Aliens of London and World War III.

It's still Tuesday here, so . . .

The Doc's bad driving skills again --  one of the goofy things from TCS that carried over,  However, this time more of  the Real World consequences are shown.  *That's* relatively new -- and again,  it's a refreshing innovation . . . as is the famous Tyler Slap, a consequence for the *Doctor* that he doesn't expect.
